On September 1, 1992 in Hershey, PA, Ric Flair defeated Randy Savage with the figure four leglock. During the match, Flair worked on Savage's injured knee. Razor Ramon came to ringside towards the end of the bout and kicked Savage's knee out from under him. Flair got him back in the ring, and slapped on the figure four leglock. Savage battled it for several minutes until he passed out from the pain, and his shoulders were counted down for a pin.

If you are referring to the series of matches they had after Savage won the WWF World Title at Wrestlemania IV, the answer is that all of the matches ended in count out and disqualification wins for Savage. In the only one I've seen on Colliseum Video, Andre was disqualified for choking Savage.
